Under Windows, to set your monitor display resolution follow these steps:
Step 1: Right click on “Desktop ”, and choose “Properties” from the menu.
Step 2: Click on the “Settings” tab, under “Screen area”, move the indicator to reflect “1024 by 768 pixels” or higher.
Step 3: Click “Apply”; then click “OK” to save the new settings.
Under Mac OS, to set your monitor display resolution follow these steps:
Step 1: Open “System Preferences”, click “Displays”.
Step 2: Choose 1024 x 768 or higher under “Resolutions”
Step 3: Close “System Preferences” to save the new settings.
